スキャ値 プライバシーポリシー

本アプリ「スキャ値」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取り扱います：

• カメラで撮影された画像（値札等）
  • Google社が提供するGemini APIへ送信し、商品名と価格のテキスト抽出にのみ使用されます
  • 抽出処理後、画像はサーバー上に保存されません
  • アプリ内にも画像は保存されません
• スキャン結果のテキスト
  • ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます
  • 外部サーバーには一切送信されません

2. 収集しない情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を一切収集しません：

• 氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人を特定できる情報
• 位置情報
• 連絡先、写真ライブラリ、その他の端末データ
• 利用状況の追跡情報

3. 第三者サービス

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを使用しています：

• Google Gemini API（Google LLC）
  • 撮影された画像のテキスト抽出に使用
  • Googleのプライバシーポリシー：https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. データの保存場所

スキャン履歴データは、ユーザーの端末内のみに保存されます。アプリをアンインストールすると、すべてのデータは削除されます。

5. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは関連するウェブサイトでお知らせします。

PriceShot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the "PriceShot" application (hereinafter "the App") handles user information.

1. Information We Collect

The App handles the following information:

• Images captured by the camera (price tags, etc.)
  • Sent to Google's Gemini API solely for the purpose of extracting product name and price text
  • Images are not stored on servers after processing
  • Images are not stored within the App either
• Scanned text results
  • Stored only on the user's device
  • Never transmitted to external servers

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect any of the following:

• Personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone number, or email
• Location data
• Contacts, photo library, or other device data
• Usage tracking information

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Google Gemini API (Google LLC)
  • Used for extracting text from captured images

4. Data Storage

Scan history data is stored only on the user's device. All data is deleted when the App is uninstalled.
